Many years of cooking over charcoal and wood in Africa has instilled in us a deep love of BBQ, and an appreciation for those who are masters at the game.
We therefore had enormous fun designing a set of chef’s knives especially for the task with Neil Rankin.
With four knives available individually, or as a set, you’re covered for everything, whether that be finely chopping chives as a garnish or prepping an entire side of beef.
Our distinctive Shark’s Gill handle allows for unparalleled grip and control even when your hands are covered in (delicious) pork fat and sauce. Made from Richlite they’re durable, feeling cool and smooth to the touch.
Each knife is made with our signature hollow grind, allowing strength along the spine but extraordinary cutting action where it matters. All of our knives are made from the very high-end Sandvik 14c28n.

We have curated three handle selections – Neil’s preferred red, black and brown richlite, our own bespoke black, grey and orange mix and the ever-so-funky striped tigerwood.
The knives are available individually or as a set with a board from Parmesan & Pumpkin and a bespoke case made by a saddler to last you many seasons of grilling in style.
