Sometimes it pays to just have one knife that can tackle a multitude of tasks – and our PC26 is based on an original bespoke commission for a slicing all-rounder. Not only will it comfortably tackled an mahoosive turkey, but the curved blade allows you to carry out some free-style slicing on hot gammon and cold ham, do the dirty on a rolled joint of lamb and even precisely divide up every morsel of a vegan nut roast.

Accompanying the blade – and presented in a lovely leather wrap – is a fantastically versatile fork. The long tines are perfect for holding your roast in place (by pressing down, never jabbing!) until such time as you need the business end to spear your efforts and smoothly slide them on to the plates of the waiting multitudes.
