We'll engrave it with whatever you want and post it within 1 working day. Amazing last minute gift sorted! Made & ready to ship same day (if ordered before 2pm).
Boasting Santoku influence, the Good Chopper is perfectly nestled in the gap between our Savernake Knife and the Nimble Chopper. It sports the signature Savernake hollow grind running down from a spine that starts at just under 2 milimetres and gets thinner. We’ve meticulously designed this blade so you can cut with the classic rocking action as well as the more modern straight up and down chop. It’s similarly comfortable racing through a kilo of carrots as chopping chives into tiny pieces. Use the length of the blade to glide through longer veg.
Whether you want wafer thin onions or have a mountain of spuds to dice, the Good Chopper will cut, slice and chop with feather light exactitude.
Precision engineered from the highest quality high-tech 14c28n Sandvik Swedish steel and sharpened by hand and eye for the ultimate cutting edge.
As with every Savernake Knife, the Good Chopper features our trademark concave hollow grind, expertly blended into a tapering convex cutting edge. This means it is both incredibly light, and easy to hone. It also allows for smoother cutting and slicing due to reduced metal passing through the ingredient, and less sticking, due to the reduced surface contact. Quite simply, the concave hollow grind is the business.
