This Set of Knives features three of our classic chef’s knives with handles full of character.

The Stout Yeoman is our agile all rounder knife. A step up from a paring knife in size, this knife is perfect for fiddly tasks in food preparation. The Classic is our take on a mid-sized European Chef’s Knife – comfortable, balanced and precise with a fantastic rocking action. The Workhorse is possibly our favourite large Chef’s Knife. Perfect for rocking and chopping, the workhorse is light and powerful for preparing all food and carving meat alike.

We have used Pippy Oak Burr stabilised in resin for the for the Handle with a subtle blue liner

As with every Savernake Knife, the Savernake Chef set’s knives feature our trademark concave blade, expertly blended into a tapering convex cutting edge. The blade’s concavity allows the knife to have both a sturdy spine and a cutting edge best measured in microns. It also removes excess weight and encumbrance from the side of the blade. We use 60 HRC Sandvik 14c28n Stainless steel which gives our knives the perfect level of sharpness and durability rated in the top 2.5% in the world. The blade is Full Tang to give the knife optimum strength and balance.
