We are very excited to be collaborating with artist Violet Astor and African wildlife charity Tusk to raise awareness of and funds for the Grevy's zebra, the largest and most endangered species of zebra. 10% of each knife sold will be donated to the charity. Using our signature Savernake Knife model as a canvas, Violet drew inspiration from the unique and iconic striped pattern of the Grevy's zebra to design an engraving for both sides of the blade. Just as the print on the animal's body fades as it approaches the belly, so does the engraving, taking full advantage of the capabilities of our laser engraving machine. The knife will come with a beautiful jet black bog oak handle with white liner. For more information, please visit our Collaborations page.

Precision engineered from the highest quality high-tech 14c28n Sandvik Swedish steel and sharpened by hand and eye for the ultimate cutting edge.
As with all of our knives, the Savernake Knife features our trademark concave hollow grind, expertly blended into a tapering convex cutting edge. This means it is both incredibly light, and easy to hone. It also allows for smoother cutting and slicing due to reduced metal passing through the ingredient, and less sticking, due to the reduced surface contact. Quite simply, the concave hollow grind is the business. Please note, Bog Oak can vary naturally in colour from jet black to dark brown.
Dimensions: 175mm blade // 295mm overall // ±115 grams
