When you call or email, you speak to the people who will make your knife. Made from scratch, from billet to finished blade, by a dedicated team. We guarantee our knives for life because when you make things this well, it'd be mad not to.
Lifetime guarantee
If we didn't do our job properly (and we can't recall the last time we didn't) then we'll pay for your knife to be sent back to us, fixed to brand new or replaced.
If the knife is damaged in any way we offer either a total reconditioning service for £75 or 50% off a replacement (although you do need to send the knife back to us please).
Free resharpening
Anyone who is able to visit us is able to have their knives re-sharpened for free whenever they like.
Otherwise, all knives are available to be sharpened once a year for free, for three years after you've bought them. Just please get in touch before you post them back, as there are a lot of knives winging around the workshop and we don't want yours to get lost.
30 day returns
Any knives ordered with a 7-day or 1-day lead time can be returned within 30 days. Clearly you might have wanted to try cutting a carrot or two, but we'd ask they be only lightly used.
Our sets and editions and configurator knives are all made-to-order from scratch and so are not returnable.
Free UK delivery
Every order ships free within the UK, fully tracked, insured, and signed for. Knives are packed properly. International shipping is at a flat rate of £40 via UPS.
