We are a small team of British knife-makers working from a converted sawmill on the edge of Savernake Forest in Wiltshire. Every knife is made to order, to your exact specification, using a blend of traditional craft and aerospace-grade precision.
If you get in touch, you will speak to the people who will make your knife. Each one is built for a specific person, never an order number.
Our knives are independently tested by CATRA and ranked in the top 2.5% worldwide for both initial sharpness and edge durability - they're trusted by Michelin-starred chefs, passionate home cooks and enthusiastic amateurs the world over.
