Butchery & BBQ

Savernake's Butchery & BBQ Collection is designed for professional butchers and meat lovers alike. This collection is inspired by our bespoke work with some of the best butchers and chefs in the UK.

As ever, we only use Sandvik 14c28n at 60 HRC. Our "Outstanding" sharpness and toughness mean the blades will cut significantly finer and longer than other commercially-available professional blades. The knives range for serious blades for professional butchers, through to more dextrous and versatile blades for BBQ and general home uset. The collection covers all the bases.

The handles are made using Chacate Preto wood with a grey liner to provide a timeless classic look and feel. Beyond its stunning aesthetic, we used the Chacate Preto for this collection as it is a very dense and durable timber. It is similar to African Blackwood with beautiful interlocking grain and fine texture, but Chacate Preto is less oily and requires less maintenance than Blackwood.
