We’ve always believed that a set of knives should start with a pair; one large and one small. Clearly everyone’s definition of what constitutes ‘large’ and ‘small’ will vary, but here we’ve gone for the further ends of the spectrum; our best-selling SK18 Nakiri all cosied up to a nifty SY11 utility knife. They come in our distinctive House Tide pattern, which is a bit of a rarity given the absolute kerfuffle it is to make – but, we think, worth it when you see these fine fellows next to each other.

We aim to despatch all orders within 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the materials we use.
