Next Day Knives - The Maker's Choice

With all of our knives being made to order, we need to ask for between a week and a month to craft each order. However sometimes a blade is needed on a different timescale, and so we present our Next Day Knives.

The workshop team choose the blades depending on a mix of whim and popularity, and are given free reign to create their own designs and patterns.

Not only are these knives available to be engraved for same day despatch, but they’re more often than not unique one-of-a-kinds, perfect for either plugging a hole in your culinary arsenal or as an absolutely smashing present.

As ever, if a styling catches your eye and you have a bit of time, we can recreate pretty much any of the handle designs on any blade of your choice – just get in touch.

Knives ordered Monday to Friday before 1pm will be posted the same day for next day delivery.
