A compact, nimble chopper rooted in Savernake s custom design heritage, the NC12 is a smaller Nakiri ideal for anyone who enjoys a chopper-style blade with maximum agility. It excels in fine dicing, mincing herbs, and prepping small veg. The deeper blade is useful for scooping ingredients from board to pan, while the ergonomic handle melts into the palm. Made from high-carbon British steel, it holds a fine edge and features a flat grind for confident chopping. The NC12 is the perfect in-between blade when a paring knife is too small and a chef s knife too much.

Custom Knives
We aim to despatch all orders within 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the materials we use.
All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed in specially-designed tubular Savernake packaging. This delivery method is insured and requires a signature from the recipient.
