Arguably the most popular all-round knife shape in today’s world, the Santoku design is considered to have ‘3 virtues’; the ability to chop, slice and cut. Our take on the archetype is a mid-weight all rounder with a 17cm blade. If you’re not wedded to the European notion of rocking your edge and like to dabble in a bit of finger-guided slicing and rapid herb chopping, then this knife (or the GC14) will most probably fit you like a glove.

Custom Knives
We aim to despatch all orders within 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the materials we use.
All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed in specially-designed tubular Savernake packaging. This delivery method is insured and requires a signature from the recipient.
