They’re made from small batch-hardened billets of SF100 high carbon stainless steel, with handles made from incredibly durable – and grippy – micarta. Individually profiled and shaped, and sharpened by hand, they’re designed to operate immaculately whether you’re elegantly grilling a piece of trout with fresh herbs or going to town on several kilos of succulent greasy brisket.
