Our knives were tested by CATRA to be in the top 2.5% of blades tested globally, rated excellent for both sharpness and durability. The signature concave geometry of our blades results in knives that weigh less, cut better and stay sharper for longer – all of which matters when your day job involves cutting and slicing things for hours on end.
We offer a standard range of butchery blades – from filleting and boning knives to cleavers. And are always excited by the chance to design and make something bespoke if you have a particular blade in mind.

As we make all of our knives to order, it means we can tailor every single aspect of your knife to make it fit you perfectly – essential when your knives are the tools of your trade.
Whether this means adding extra depth or length to the blade, adjusting the width or grip of the handle or recreating a trusty favourite who’s reached the end of their useful life – anything is possible. Custom-made magnetic sheaths or leather pouches are also available for all of our knives and will help protect your knives when not in use.
We also include three years’ complimentary servicing and sharpening with all of our knives – and offer a reconditioning service for damaged blades, meaning you should never be without your essential tools for long.
