We’ve always believed that a set of knives should start with a pair; one large and one small. Clearly everyone’s definition of what constitutes ‘large’ and ‘small’ will vary, but here we’ve gone for the further ends of the spectrum; our best-selling SK18 Nakiri all cosied up to a versatile NC12 nakiri. Their handles are made from one of our favourite materials, a bottle-green linen micarta that’s been shaped by hand to best show the contrasting layers of dyed and non-dyed material.

We aim to despatch all orders within 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the materials we use.
All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed in specially-designed tubular Savernake packaging. This delivery method is insured and requires a signature from the recipient.
