A selection of some of our favourite blades, coaxed together to form the ultimate kitchen set, be that indoor or outdoor.

Being slightly bigger than a paring knife makes the SY11 far more comfortable to hold, yet is still small enough for intricate tasks like preparing orange rinds. It can also play an underserved role in carving meat, removing those delicious last morsels attached to the bone. Partnered with the NC12, which is ideal for more precise chopping work, the utility spectrum is gloriously well-covered.

The CL18 is our mid-sized European Chef’s knife and is perfect for the everyday tasks in the kitchen like chopping onions, garlic and herbs but also big enough to take down chunkier veg like parsnips and potatoes.

The SK18 and the DC21 are the main blades; big enough for meat and veg, but precise enough for herbs and garnishes, as well as impromptu carving. The rock on the DC21 allows for smooth use across the chopping board, whereas the depth of the SK18 along it’s entire length suits knuckle-guided work exceptionally well.

The PC26 is a carving knife that really stands out from the crowd with its unique shape and adaptability. There’s enough flex in the blade to make it adept at filleting a salmon yet it’s sturdy enough to carve a gammon or slice a crusty loaf of sourdough.

The optional wooden magnetic board is made by us using English brown pippy oak.
