Our two favourite all-round knives, our favourite handle materials and our two preferred steels. Every now and then we just want to design and make a knife for the sheer joy of it, and that’s the idea behind our Pinnacle Limited Edition.

Choose from either our beloved Sandvik 14c28n or Takefu’s 67-layer VG10 San Mai, both hardened by ourselves to our preferred 60HRC. Hand-thinned and hand-sharpened, the San Mai particularly shows the fine-ness of our blades; the metal below the final line of cladding is 1mm thick or less…

Rounding off the choice is either English Pippy Oak infused with ghostly red resin under 4 atmospheres of pressure, or the absolutely outstanding layered carbon fibre material made by Fat Carbon.

And – of course – if you’d like to choose the oak, but would prefer a different colour then get in touch.
