You can’t beat a good utility knife, so that’s why we wanted two. Between these two knives there’s nothing you can’t handle in the kitchen. The Nimble Chopper covers all of your more routine culinary tasks, whilst the Agile Yeoman is there for the more estoteric but just as important jobs like skinning a sqaush or getting those last bits of chicken off the bone.

These two have beautiful contoured veneer and paper handles that take us away to the sea.

As with every Savernake Knife, these two knives feature our trademark concave blade, expertly blended into a tapering convex cutting edge. The blade’s concavity allows the knife to have both a sturdy spine and a cutting edge best measured in microns. It also removes excess weight and encumbrance from the side of the blade and is – in short – the business.
